Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returning the item to us is your responsibility and we will not collect fully working items for you. You can return the item by arranging a courier. A full refund will be given only when the item has been returned in exactly the same condition that it was received.

We have the right to refuse a return if:

The item has been subject to any form of wear and tear in your possession. This includes chips, dings, scratches, velcro, stickers, or writing on the item. 

The item has been modified in any way, this includes replacement or removal of parts, or soldering and de-soldering of any electrical equipment. 

The item is missing any components, accessories or packing that were with it when the item was received. This includes boxes, case candy and power supplies. 

The item is returned without us being notified of your intention to return it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you can return it, ask for a partial refund or request a repair. (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Almost all of our items are second hand so minor wear, tear and signs of use are to be expected. We do our very best to describe items as accurately as we can. However, if you believe an item to be damaged, not working or not as described you have 30 days from receiving the item to contact us. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
